Submission Declaration

By submitting an applicant’s personal information ("Candidate information") to assist Technip Oceania Pty Ltd (TOPL) in conducting recruitment and selection activities, you declare and agree that:

1. You are authorised and are acting on behalf of your organisation;
2. You have obtained the candidate’s express consent to supply the Candidate Information to TOPL for use by TOPL for recruitment and selection activities, retention by TOPL for consideration for other suitable employment opportunities, and for establishing employment records (should the candidate’s application be successful);
3. The candidate you are recommending has been briefed on the role by your organisation and provided with a thorough and realistic understanding of the position;
4. The candidate you are recommending has been assessed by your organisation for suitability.

Terms And Conditions Of Submission

By submitting Candidate Information to TOPL on behalf of your organisation, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Where the Candidate Information is supplied under an existing applicable agreement with TOPL the terms and conditions of that agreement apply.
2. Where your organisation does not have an existing applicable agreement with TOPL then the following terms and conditions will apply:
   • Any terms and conditions proposed by your organisation will not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by TOPL
   • Subject to (c) below TOPL will pay your organisation a placement fee, if:
     • you have validly supplied the Candidate Information;
     • TOPL offers the candidate a position as a result of this recruitment process; and
     • the candidate accepts the position and commences employment with TOPL;
   • TOPL will not pay your organisation a fee if:
     • the candidate independently provided the Candidate Information to TOPL regardless of whether they also consented to your organisation providing the information to TOPL;
     • another organisation validly supplied the Candidate Information to TOPL prior to your submission. Where this scenario arises, TOPL reserves the right to nominate (in good faith) which organisation is entitled to a fee; and
   • At any time the candidates that you are recommending may review and update their information that you supply, except where a legitimate reason exists for denying access. Candidates wishing to review and update their information must contact the Recruitment Team via email: australiahr@technip.com
